Actress Kilafairy admitted that she once had thoughts of removing her hijab, but is grateful that she remains steadfast.

Her honest confession about wanting to remove the hijab came as a surprise to many.
“Sometimes I think, how easy it would be if I didn’t wear the hijab. Going out anywhere, attending events, everything would feel easier,” she said.

However, Kilafairy clarified that such feelings do not mean she is weak, but rather a test that almost all women who wear the hijab experience.
“I feel I’m not the only one. All hijabi women in the world have gone through this feeling. And that feeling is valid,” she said in a video interview with Mstar.

She also admitted that although she still receives job offers, challenges for women who wear the hijab remain, especially in terms of appearance and industry perception.
Nevertheless, her love for the hijab prevents her from letting it go.
“I love it very much. When I think back about how I received that guidance, how special the journey was,” she expressed.

Support from the public, along with prayers from her family including her late father, has been her main source of strength to remain steadfast.
“No, Kila herself loves it because she has worn it for a long time. The guidance I received is special. So whenever the thought of removing it comes, that sense of love appears.
“Alhamdulillah. I feel this is also because of the prayers from the public, my own prayers, and my father’s prayers. So please keep praying for me.” –BOOM!
