Actor Kamal Adli expressed his gratitude after his ex-wife, Uqasha Senrose, gave him the opportunity to meet their only child, Hawra Uqaira, after being separated for more than two weeks.
According to him, the opportunity was very meaningful and was fully utilised to strengthen their family bond.
“I would like to thank Uqasha for giving me the chance to spend time with Hawra.
So today (yesterday), I feel very happy, truly happy,” he said, as quoted by Oh Bulan.
Kamal also shared that he was able to spend several hours with Hawra who is one year and eight months old before attending a fashion show event in the capital.
“Earlier, I managed to spend a few hours from 2 pm to 5.30 pm. We just stayed around the house because Hawra seemed unwell,” he said.
For Kamal, being able to meet and hold his child was already more than enough to make him happy.
“Being able to hold her, see her, and spend time with her that’s already enough to make me happy,” he said emotionally.
Kamal and Uqasha officially divorced with one pronouncement of talaq at the Syariah Court of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur on January 12. – BOOM!
