Daiyan Trisha Saddened As Family Dragged Into Religion Change Slander

Singer and actress Daiyan Trisha has warned that she will take legal action against a Threads user if they continue spreading slander accusing her of converting her religion using artificial intelligence (AI).

She said the issue did not happen just once, but has occurred repeatedly.

“If it happens again, I will lodge a report with the authorities and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). It’s actually not a one-off incident, it has happened several times and is getting worse, almost as if they are trying to challenge us. But after I shared about it on Threads, the person disappeared,” she was quoted as saying by Kosmo.

Daiyan also expressed sadness that her family had been dragged into the serious slander, even though they understand the truth.

“Thankfully, my family knows it’s all nonsense, but it’s still sad that they have to be involved in such slander,” she said.

The Rompak actress further voiced concern over the misuse of AI, describing it as increasingly excessive and unethical.

Earlier, a social media account was alleged to have uploaded images of Daiyan to impersonate her and accuse her of changing her religion. -Boom!
