The group Elite admit that behind their perfect image and nostalgic name, each member is still a normal human being struggling with pressure, emotional fatigue and moments when they almost fell apart.

According to Azza, while the public may see them as flawless, the reality is that life as an artist comes with expectations and outside perceptions that can sometimes feel too heavy to carry.
“People see Elite as if we’re perfect human beings. But we’re just ordinary people. It’s like we’re not allowed to make mistakes. And it’s not just Elite facing this, I think all artistes go through the same thing. We often felt pressured from all sides, to the point where we made decisions that weren’t good. There are only five of us, so we know when to console each other and when to pull one another back to stay together,” she told Boom!.
Sasha also admitted that the long journey in the entertainment industry naturally brings exhaustion, sometimes to the point of wanting to quit.
“There were always moments when someone wanted to pull out. Maybe Linda, Azza or even me. There were times when we felt emotionally drained. We understand that feeling,” she said.
Earlier, Linda had shared that her emotions were affected by negative comments from netizens who disapproved of her presence in Elite, with some even telling her to stay home and focus on worship.
The pressure caused Linda to blame herself and even consider withdrawing from the group. —Boom!
