Actress and entrepreneur Watie Hanifiah has finally spoken out after photos of her appearing pregnant went viral on social media.
Although many fans have congratulated her, Watie admitted she is not yet ready to make an official announcement as she is still traumatized by past experiences.
“I don’t want to confirm or deny anything because I’m still traumatized. What happened before really affected me. I keep thinking about it,” Watie said in a video shared by Media Hiburan.
Earlier, her husband comedian and businessman Shuib Sepahtu had uploaded a photo showing Watie’s visible baby bump.
“She used to be the one who always drove the car, but now she prefers to sit beside me and sleep. Love you,” Shuib captioned the post.
In response, Watie jokingly commented that Shuib had just revealed her secret.
“Heee… Daddy, that’s terrible… That’s how you leaked the secret!” she teased.
While many fans continue to send their well wishes, Watie explained that she still needs some time before officially sharing the news.
“Please pray for my good health,” she said briefly.
For the record, Watie whose full name is Nurwati Hanifiah Shaharuddin married Shuib on June 23, 2023. —Boom!
